We are looking for a goal-oriented, revenue-driven, highly accurate and motivated individual to join us full time in Conshohocken, PA as our Administrative Operations Specialist. The incoming candidate must have strong experience and great Excel skills. The position will require hours beyond 5pm when volume warrants client support. The Administrative operations Specialist handles all administrative projects assigned by the Operations Manager and will play a key role in transition of the order process management into the new platform being implemented before 2023 year-end.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Handle all daily inquiries for rush orders and revisions to orders in process
• Works closely with shipping group to ensure 100% of all orders ship on time
• Deliver outstanding customer service by responding and handling all calls and emails regarding the sales pipeline and shipments
• Resolve Order and shipping Issues as needed
• Manage the shipping reports daily for end of day external customer reporting
• Handle QA projects assigned from Manager to facilitate getting QA function current
• Respond to client emails and calls requiring same day response and resolution
• Be successful in a high stress client facing operations position
Requirements:
• Experience in QuickBooks a plus
• Strong excel skill set
Compensation (range):
• $50k- $65k(depending on experience)
