Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking a Psychiatrist to fill an opening with an Article 31 - Behavioral Health Facility located in Shirley, New York
Requirements of the Psychiatrist:
?Must have an active NY State License
?Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible

?The salary range for this position is $220,000 to $270,000 | yr

Schedule of the Psychiatrist:
?This is a Part-time position (4 days a week)
?Monday - Friday
?9:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Responsibilities of the Psychiatrist:
?Assess patients through interviews, observations, tests, and medical history reviews.
?Diagnose patients accurately.
?Develop comprehensive treatment plans and prescribe medication as needed.
?Consult with other medical professionals and psychologists. Regularly following up with the patient to check progress and adjust the treatment plan as needed.
?Thoroughly document each patient's diagnosis, symptoms, medication, treatment effectiveness, etc.
?Provide patients with emotional support and strategies to help manage their disorder. Researching new developments in psychiatry and mental health.
