Your Role with the Company:
- Full-time
- Providing primary care to a geriatric patient population
- Outpatient setting
Professional Background:
- Nurse Practitioner, NP, FNP, AGNP
- 2+ years of experience in primary care
- Licensed in California or in process
- Prefer Spanish Speaker
