$130,000 - $170,000 (depends on experience)

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will deliver comprehensive medical services in an outpatient setting, working under the guidance of our experienced Medical Director and other qualified physicians. This role encompasses both acute and chronic care, as well as family medicine. You will also contribute to the development, execution, and evaluation of medical policies and procedures alongside the Medical Director.

Our team values Nurse Practitioners who can effectively collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including licensed staff and administrative personnel, to maintain smooth clinic operations. Responsibilities may include managing walk-in patients, conducting physical examinations, and overseeing various aspects of patient care such as workers' compensation cases and pain management.

Qualifications Required:

Educational Background: NP or PA
Experience Requirements:
Level I: New graduate or up to two years of experience in an acute care environment.

Licenses and Certifications:
Valid Nurse Practitioner license in California.
Basic Life Support|Healthcare Provider certification.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within six months of hire.

Key Skills and Knowledge:
Administrative decision-making abilities.
Proficient in standard medical examination techniques.
Up-to-date on medical technologies, practices, and trends.
Strong knowledge of patient care and clinical operations.
Ability to handle emergencies effectively.
Familiarity with clinic equipment and maintaining safety standards.
Strong communication skills for patient education and professional collaborations.
Supervisory skills for managing healthcare staff.

Primary Duties:
Conduct patient examinations and manage treatment plans.
Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Maintain timely and accurate medical records.
Uphold infection control, quality assurance, and clinic policy standards.
Foster cooperative relationships with team members and patients.
Adhere to clinic and district policies and procedures.
