PART-TIME ONLY
This is an excellent chance to become a valued member of our growing private practice group, specializing in providing healthcare to geriatric patients in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. We're looking for a Nurse Practitioner NP) OR Physician Assistant (PA) who enjoys working independently and is open to working on weekends while making a difference in the lives of our aging population.
We pride ourselves on maintaining a close-knit, family-friendly work environment, distinguishing us from larger corporate medical practices. As part of our team, you'll have direct interactions and collaboration with the practice owners and administrators. With a stellar reputation and steady expansion across the state, we are seeking individuals available to commence work within the next 30 days.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver primary and preventative care to patients in assigned care facilities.
Collaborate closely with nursing staff and facility administration at each location.
Coordinate care with community-based primary care physicians.
JOB HIGHLIGHTS
Competitive daily pay rate
Mileage reimbursement.
Part-time position, Saturday and Sunday
See an average of 15 patients
REQUIREMENTS
Must hold a valid CO license.
While we welcome new NP graduates, preference will be given to candidates with experience in ICU or CCU settings.
Minimum one year experience for PAs
