Position Summary:
We are searching for a BC|BE Pediatrician to work as a full time Pediatric Hospitaist in Bethel Alaska.The Staff Physician is an employee working under the supervision of the Medical Director who is, in turn, supervised by the Clinical Services Administrator.

• *Starting Salary for three year contract with Retention and Annual Performance Bonuses:
o Guaranteed Base Annual Salary of $231,248.00
o Retention Bonus:
? Years 1 & 2 at 7%: $18,287.36
? Year 3 at 9.1%: $23,773.57
o Annual Performance Bonus: $75,000 (paid out Quarterly)
• Sign On Bonus: $50,000 for three-year contract
• Relocation Incentive: Individual Relocation $15,000, Family Relocation $20,000
