We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our integrated medical practice in full time in Safford, AZ. We are looking for a provider who can join us providing direct patient care along with our dedicated healthcare team. Our ideal PA|NP is holistically minded, comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patients living with acute|chronic health issues, as well as health and wellness goals.

We utilize a cutting-edge approach combining the best of medicine, rehab therapy, chiropractic, massage, nutrition, and other integrative treatment methods. Our goal is to help patients live healthier and feel better by providing pain relief and custom healthcare choices.
Duties:
• Patient exam|evaluation- medical, orthopedic, and functional examinations (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records|imaging)
• Order and review tests|labs
• Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
• Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab|exercises and various modalities
• Manage patient care- common services include allergy testing| immunotherapy, labs, prescriptions, and DME|bracing
• Treatments- trigger point|myotendinous injections, joint injections, Regenerative|PRP injections, initiate IVs, and supervising our diabetes program
• Documentation and progress notes
• Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
• Monitor patient progress by performing progress exams and documenting any changes to provider orders based upon patient health goals.
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
• PA|NP license in AZ
• Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, Neuro, Diabetes management or Pain management background is a plus (we will train in any|all areas needed for the right candidate)
• DEA number
• 2 years clinical experience as a PA|NP preferred
Compensation:
• $115k- $125k per year, plus bonus potential (DOE)
Schedule:
• M, T, Th, 8:00am - 5:30pm; Wed and Fri, 8:00am - 2:00pm.
