Summary:
Responsible for the direct planning, leading, organization and control of defined area. Responsible for staff development, implementation of standards and quality control, and for all clinical and operational activities of the units in accordance with the mission, vision, and values.

Experience:
3 years recent experience in related clinical area of nursing with demonstrated clinical knowledge and leadership qualities.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Degree, from an accredited school of nursing required.
Master's Degree in Nursing, or related field preferred.
