Job/Practice Description:
- Internal Medicine Physician
- Monday-Friday - Outpatient Primary Care
- Full time position
- 36 hours patient contact
- Sick Visits, Medication Management, Chronic Disease Management, Electronic Record Keeping
- Deliver expert care to a diverse population of patients at and over the age of 18 years in accordance with the Physician’s specialty. Additional training and experience in geriatric management is a plus but not essential.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Utilize electronic health records to streamline care and documentation
- Engage in continuous learning and contribute to clinical excellence
