We are hiring providers for these locations:
Full-time positions in Tucker -
Full-time position splitting days between Grayson and Sugarhill -
Full-time position in Douglasville -
Full-time position in Woodstock
Work Schedule:
M - F
Hours: 8:30 am - 7:00 pm with a 1-hour lunch break -
Pay Range: $120,000 - $125,000 - Benefits: 401k, PTO, and 7 Holidays (No Health Insurance) -
Other Essential Qualifications: Must have a current GA Nurse Practitioner license In addition to the above, candidates must have Musculoskeletal experience and Joint injections experience.
Additional Details: - The provider in Douglasville will work a full day on Fridays -
The provider in Tucker will work a half day on Fridays
