PRACTICE OVERVIEW: The incoming provider will be responsible for seeing patients in the outpatient clinic
SCHEDULE:
- The clinic is open Monday through Friday 7a to 5p – incoming provider will be in office 8-4:30 (can tweak hours)
VOLUME:
- Clinic: How many in clinic? 10-12 visits per day
CALL: Phone call only. 1:4 – taken one full week at a time.
PAYOR MIX: 60% Government Subsidy (Medicare)/40% Private Insurance.
EMR: Medent
Base Compensation: $115K
Productivity Bonus: Quarterly bonus, based on collections, to add an additional 10K per year. Usually will not hit this bonus the first quarter.
Income potential: 125K
