We are a subluxation-based family practice in Spring Hill TN and we are seeking an outstanding candidate for an Associate Chiropractor position to help complete their family full time. Our practice is offering an opportunity to showcase your clinical skills as a Chiropractor in our practice. We are looking for a positive person with high energy, great people and communication skills who possesses a passion for helping others through principled chiropractic care. Excellent relationship-building skills are a must to ensure service is provided with a high degree of quality. The incoming Chiropractor will be responsible for all the activities involved in converting and retaining practice members. Your main job is ADJUSTING, NOT paperwork. Doing what a chiropractor does. Duties:
· Provide high quality adjustments and communicate to the patient
· Review X-rays, Provide an excellent Report of Findings
· Chiropractic care- adjusting- Diversified, Thompson Drops, Websters, pediatrics
· Follow up care and progress checks to ensure patient and DC goals are being met
· Documentation|charting|reports
· Follow up on patient phone calls and emails
· Work collaboratively with the other Doctors and office staff for optimal patient care
· Work with the CA’s and X-ray techs, providing direction for patient care
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
• Chiropractic license in TN
• Webster's Certification or any course work with the ICPA is desired, NOT required
• A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience is preferred
Schedule:
• Full time
• Monday – Friday with office hours ending at 12pm on Fridays currently
Compensation (range):
• $90k-$120k per year
