* Board certified / board eligible in neurosurgery
* Spine fellowship trained and experience in trauma neurosurgery required and must be able to perform complex spine surgery
* The incoming provider will focus mainly on trauma neurosurgery (Hospital-based, Under the trauma department, Managing neuro trauma alerts, Trauma consults, Manage follow-up clinic, Participate in peer review, program improvement, trauma center survey verification/designation, and quality rounds)
* Share the month with another dedicated trauma neurosurgeon with APP support.
