Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our team at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Indiana. This outpatient-only position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to an underserved and diverse community. With no call responsibilities, you’ll enjoy an excellent work-life balance while making a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of our patients.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $115,000–$135,000 annually

Requirements:
