This is a full time General Neurology position and mainly outpatient, with a small amount of inpatient practice.
- The team consists of 3 Neurologists and 2 Advanced Practice Providers.
- Annual base salary of $401,000
- Eligible for annual value-based incentive up to
- $40,000 starting in year two
- Eligible to participate in Neurology Physician
- Production Incentive
- Signing bonus $30,000
- Up to $15,000 in relocation assistance
- $5,000 annual CME allowance
- 240 hours (30 days) of authorized time off per year
