Job Description:
We are seeking a Board Certified|Board Eligible Urgent Care Physician (MD|DO) to join our hospital-employed team near Helena, Montana. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide quality, patient-centered care in a supportive environment, with a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
Opportunity Highlights:
Projected Annual Salary: $264,121.
Shift Requirements: Minimum of 182 shifts per year.
Bonus Potential:
Shift Pay: $1,451 per shift.
Productivity Compensation.
Value-Based Incentive Compensation: Up to 10% of annual compensation based on four performance components.
Additional Benefits:
Call Pay: None required.
CME Allowance: $4,000 annually (can roll over to a maximum of $8,000).
Personal Leave: Generous time off.
Recruitment Incentive: Starts at $25,000 for signing and relocation assistance.
Annual Salary Increases: Based on MGMA benchmarks after the initial term.
Reimbursed Expenses:
DEA license.
Montana medical license.
Board certification (if applicable).
Malpractice Insurance: Comprehensive coverage of $1 million|$3 million.

Qualifications:
MD|DO with Board Certification|Eligibility in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine.
