About the Practice:
• Seeking an Interventional Pain Fellowship Trained Physician
• Join one Physician and two APP’s
• Strong Referral Base
• Well established Interventional Pain Management Group
• In-House Lab, must do Blocks, Injections, Spinal Procedures
• Team-based approach to providing care
• No Hospital Call
• Brand new, state-of-the-art ASC, 2 Floors from Clinic for procedures.
• Practice calls are shared with 3 Providers one week at a time.

• Annual base salary + wRVU production incentives
