Shift: 1st (8 and 10-hour shifts available) DAYS
PAY SCALE - $25.35-$38.03
Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting
Supervise, as appropriate PTA staff.
Will be in a weekend rotation for acute care coverage
Education Required:
Graduate of an accredited PT program.
License/Certification Required:
WI License
CPR certification within 90 days of hire (Completed on site)

Those with aquatics, pediatrics or any other specialty interest are encouraged to apply
