Albuquerque, NM    Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) Inpatient Women's Services Full-Time / Great Benefits / Competitive Pay Requirements: •Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) •Current RN Licensure by the New Mexico State license or Nurse Licensure Compact •BLS / Certification Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association •Minimum of 5 years experience in clinical role in women’s services or Pediatrics. •Two years progressive management experience. Responsibilities: •In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical and personnel activities during your shift and providing support to the Assistant Clinical Director. •As the Manager of Nursing, you will contribute to delivering high-quality, family-centered, and developmentally appropriate care at the unit level. •You will maintain clinical competence by ensuring the physiological, psychosocial, and developmental needs of patients are met in a family-centered care environment. •You will monitor and facilitate patient throughput, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and efficient care. •You will coordinate and collaborate with appropriate healthcare team members to address patient care needs and achieve desired clinical outcomes, while managing care across the continuum. •Effective communication with the healthcare team is essential, and you will work to resolve any communication barriers. •You will act as a liaison between physicians, families, nursing staff, and ancillary departments. •You will observe, identify, and address any human resources issues with assigned staff. •You will coach, counsel, and develop nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. •You will support the implementation of unit goals and communicate the organization’s strategic plan to staff. •You will participate in unit-based quality initiatives to develop and monitor clinical outcomes that demonstrate nursing excellence.
