Redding, CA    NP / PA / Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team in California. In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care to patients and families of all ages, focusing on preventive care, health promotion, and disease management. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in a picturesque coastal community. Key Responsibilities: •Perform detailed physical examinations and patient assessments. •Order, conduct, and interpret diagnostic tests; analyze results to diagnose conditions. •Prescribe or administer treatments, therapies, medications, vaccinations, and other specialized care to manage or prevent illness and injury. •Carry out procedures such as suturing and splinting. •Discuss procedures, explain test results, and detail prescribed treatments with patients. •Record patient findings, treatment plans, and follow-up notes in the electronic medical record. •Oversee the care provided by professional and ancillary staff. •Stay updated with current medical practices and advancements. •Maintain the highest level of confidentiality for patient information. Education & Certifications: •Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. •Board Certification in Family Nurse Practitioner. •California State licensure. •Current DEA licensure. •BLS Certification. Experience: •3 years preferred, but new graduates are also encouraged to apply.
