Greenfield, CA    Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Opportunity MLee Healthcare is looking for a skilled Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician's Assistant to join a well established hospital on the central coast. We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team in California. This role involves providing comprehensive primary care to patients and families of all ages, with a strong emphasis on preventive care, health promotion, and disease management. This is a fulfilling opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a beautiful coastal community. Key Responsibilities: •Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments. •Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests; analyze results to diagnose conditions. •Prescribe or administer treatments, therapies, medications, vaccinations, and other specialized care to address or prevent illness and injury. •Perform procedures such as suturing and splinting. •Discuss procedures, explain test results, and outline prescribed treatments with patients. •Document patient findings, treatment plans, and follow-up notes in the electronic medical record. •Supervise and direct professional and ancillary staff in patient care. •Stay current with medical practices and advancements. •Ensure the confidentiality of patient information is maintained at all times. Education & Certifications: •Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. •Board Certification in Family Nurse Practitioner. •California State licensure. •Current DEA licensure. •BLS Certification. Experience: •3 years preferred, though new graduates are also encouraged to apply.
