Sweetwater, TX    Respiratory Therapist - Full Time MLee Healthcare is partnering with a respected healthcare system to fill a Full-Time Respiratory Therapist position at Hendrick Medical Center. This night shift role requires working every other weekend with a rotating schedule. If you’re passionate about respiratory care and ready to take on a key role in a clinical setting, this position is an excellent opportunity. Job Summary: •This role is a Fulltime, Perm, Direct hire position •Assess, treat, and care for patients with various breathing disorders. •Take primary responsibility for respiratory care procedures and treatments. •Oversee and mentor respiratory therapy students and new graduates. •Perform therapeutic procedures, maintain accurate patient records, and operate respiratory care equipment. •Ensure proper assembly, inspection, and function of respiratory therapy equipment. Respiratory Therapist - Full Time Qualifications: •Graduate of a Registry-Level Respiratory Care Program. •Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the NBRC. •State of Texas licensure in Respiratory Care. •Maintain active status with the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) under the Continuing Competency Program (CCP). •Graduate therapists must obtain CRT credentials and then RRT credentials within 1 year of graduation. If the RRT credential is not obtained within this time, the therapist will be reassigned as a Respiratory Care Practitioner until the credential is achieved. •BLS certification (required before initiating patient contact). •ACLS certification (must be completed within 6 months of hire). •ENPC or PALS certification (must be completed within 1 year of hire). •NRP certification (must be completed within 1 year of hire).
