Snowmass Village, CO    Surgical Technologist Full-time / Competitive Salary & Benefits Sign-On Bonus $$$ / Relocation Assistance Available Position Summary/Purpose: We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Surgical Technologist to join our esteemed medical team. As an essential member of the surgical staff, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of surgeries and the well-being of our patients. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and organizing the operating room, ensuring all instruments and supplies are sterile and ready for use. You will assist surgeons during procedures by providing instruments and supplies, maintaining a sterile field, and anticipating the needs of the surgical team. Your attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of surgical operations. Key Responsibilities: •Prepare operating rooms and ensure the sterilization of all surgical instruments and equipment. •Assist in the positioning and draping of patients for surgery. •Provide essential support to surgeons during operations by passing instruments and supplies. •Maintain a sterile field to ensure patient safety and prevent infections. •Monitor and manage surgical inventory, ensuring the availability of necessary supplies. •Collaborate closely with the surgical team to anticipate and meet their needs. •Adhere to strict safety and infection control protocols.
