Key Responsibilities: •Provide Emergency Care: Deliver high-quality medical care in emergencies, using advanced techniques and equipment in a variety of situations. •Maintain Equipment & Workspace: Ensure all medical equipment is well-maintained and treatment areas are organized and safe. •Collaborate with Team: Work closely with colleagues and leadership to continuously improve patient care and outcomes through performance initiatives. Position Requirements: •Licensing & Certification: Indiana State Paramedic License or National Registry Paramedic Certification (or the ability to obtain an unrestricted state license within 30 days of hire). Must also obtain Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) within 20 days of hire. •Physical Demands: Must be able to stand, walk, talk, listen, and lift or move more than 100 pounds regularly. •Driver’s License: Must maintain a valid driver’s license and meet the hospital’s liability insurance requirements.
