Osborne, KS    Surgical Scrub TechnicianFull Time / Competitive Pay Surgical Scrub Technician Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Surgical Scrub Technician to join our surgical team. As a Surgical Scrub Tech, you will play a critical role in maintaining a sterile environment, assisting surgeons during operations, and ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients. You will work closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care in the operating room.Surgical Scrub Technician Key Responsibilities: •Prepare and maintain a sterile field for surgical procedures. •Scrub in and assist surgeons and surgical staff during procedures by passing instruments, sutures, and other necessary supplies. •Set up and organize surgical instruments and equipment in preparation for surgery. •Sterilize surgical instruments and maintain proper inventory of surgical tools and supplies. •Ensure that the surgical area is properly cleaned and that sterile techniques are maintained at all times. •Assist in patient positioning and preparation for surgery. Surgical Scrub Technician Qualifications: •Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred. •High school diploma or GED required; completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program preferred. •Previous experience as a Surgical Scrub Tech or in an operating room setting is preferred. •Knowledge of surgical instruments, sterile techniques, and surgical procedures. •Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure. •Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
