We are actively seeking passionate Registered Nurses for full-time positions in our Medical Surgical Step-Down Unit (SDU). This is an exciting opportunity to work night shifts, totaling 36 hours per week.
About Us:
Our Medical Surgical Step-Down Unit (SDU) is a 13-bed unit providing specialized care to patients who require close monitoring and treatment. With a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:3-4, we ensure our patients receive personalized and high-quality care during their recovery. We handle a variety of complex conditions, including respiratory failure (BiPAP), sepsis management, severe electrolyte imbalances, and post-operative care for thoracotomies/VATS, wedge resections, vascular surgeries, and more.

Position Overview: As a Registered Nurse in our SDU, you will:
•Work three 12-hour night shifts per week (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) with rotating weekends and holiday coverage.
•Provide high-quality care to patients with a wide range of medical conditions.
•Collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to support patient recovery.
•Ensure patient safety and comfort, while monitoring and responding to changing health conditions.
Requirements:
•Active Indiana Registered Nurse License or Multi-State Registered Nurse License through the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
•Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
•Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire (training and support provided).
