About the Role:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse who embodies the essence of a servant leader, dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. Responsibilities:
•Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate each patient's care.
•Respect and prioritize the individual needs and rights of each patient.
•Maintain a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
•Demonstrate leadership through clinical practice, supervision, and education.
•Apply proficient clinical skills and sound decision-making abilities.
•Provide specialized care for oncology and orthopedic patients as required.
Qualifications:
Education:
•Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Experience:
•Minimum of two years' clinical experience as a med surg RN.
•Completion of Nursing Department orientation; oncology experience preferred.
License:
•Current South Carolina RN license.
•BLS certification required.
