Omaha, NE    Licensed Mental Health PractitionerFull-Time / Competitive Pay Licensed Mental Health Practitioner Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Practitioner to join our team. In this role, you will provide individual and group therapy, perform mental health assessments, develop treatment plans, and offer ongoing support to clients. You will work within a supportive, multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of care for our clients. Licensed Mental Health Practitioner Qualifications: •Required: •Master’s degree in counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. •Active and current state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or similar). •Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and treatment modalities. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively. •Ability to work independently and as part of a team. •Commitment to providing high-quality care and support to clients. Licensed Mental Health Practitioner Key Responsibilities: •Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive mental health evaluations for clients. •Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques. •Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client. •Maintain accurate and timely client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards. •Collaborate with other mental health professionals and community resources to coordinate client care. •Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
