As an Echo Sonographer with us, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment. Position Overview: As an Echo Sonographer, you will be responsible for performing echocardiograms and assisting physicians in diagnosing and treating cardiovascular conditions. Your expertise will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality cardiac imaging services and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients. Key Responsibilities: •Performing echocardiograms and stress echocardiograms using ultrasound equipment. •Assisting physicians in interpreting imaging results and providing accurate diagnoses. •Collaborating with healthcare team members to develop comprehensive treatment plans. •Ensuring the safety and comfort of patients during imaging procedures. •Maintaining accurate records and adhering to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines. Requirements: •Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field. •Certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) in Echocardiography. •Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Maryland. •Strong technical skills and proficiency in performing echocardiograms. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
