Description:
•Conduct Diagnostic Procedures: Perform a variety of standard and specialized radiographic procedures with precision, including fluoroscopy, computed radiography, direct radiography, and mobile x-ray equipment.
•Ensure Patient Safety and Comfort: Assess, evaluate, and prepare patients effectively, addressing their needs and concerns throughout the imaging process to achieve optimal results.
•Maintain Expertise in Radiation Safety: Apply and stay updated on best practices for radiation protection, ensuring compliance with current safety standards in all procedures.
•Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work independently or assist licensed practitioners in diagnostic procedures, contributing to a collaborative and efficient healthcare environment.
Qualifications:
•Education: Graduate of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology.
•Certification: Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with current certification.
•Additional Requirements: BLS Certification. Pediatric experience and bilingual skills are preferred but not required.
