Radiologic TechnologistJob Summary: •MLR is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Radiologic Technologist to join our dedicated team at an established facility in Northern Illinois. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting diagnostic imaging exams to support the accurate diagnosis of medical conditions and injuries. Key duties include operating radiologic equipment, preparing patients for procedures, and ensuring high-quality imaging results. Radiologic TechnologistResponsibilities: •Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures. •Position patients correctly and administer contrast materials when necessary. •Ensure equipment is in working order and perform routine maintenance. •Follow protocols to obtain high-quality images and maintain patient records. •Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures and address concerns. •Collaborate with physicians to review and interpret imaging results. •Maintain compliance with safety protocols and radiation protection measures. •Participate in continuing education and stay updated on advancements in imaging technology. •Adhere to ethical and professional standards, including patient confidentiality.
