Dallas, TX    MRI Supervisor - ARRTJob Type: Full Time Position Summary: One of our regional clients has partnered with us to find an MRI Supervisor to lead their expanding team. Committed to delivering exceptional medical imaging services with a focus on patient care and innovation, our client’s state-of-the-art facilities and dedicated professionals ensure that patients receive the highest-quality diagnostic imaging services. The MRI Supervisor will manage the day-to-day operations of the MRI department, upholding the highest standards of patient care, safety, and imaging quality. This role includes supervising a team of MRI technologists, coordinating schedules, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory Key Responsibilities: •Supervise and manage the daily operations of the MRI department. •Ensure high-quality MRI imaging services by established protocols and standards. •Schedule and coordinate staff to ensure optimal coverage and efficient workflow. •Train, mentor, and evaluate MRI technologists, providing feedback and professional development opportunities. •Maintain and troubleshoot MRI equipment, ensuring proper functioning and timely maintenance. •Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines, including MRI safety and radiation protection. •Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. •Manage inventory and order supplies as needed. •Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of care. •Stay updated on advancements in MRI technology and techniques. Qualifications: •Minimum of three years of experience as an MRI technologist, with supervisory experience preferred. •In-depth knowledge of MRI procedures, protocols, and safety standards. •Strong leadership and team management skills. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. •Proficiency in MRI equipment and related software. •Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
