Dallas, TX    MRI Technologist - ARRT Position Summary: We are looking for a skilled and compassionate MRI Technologist to join our client’s dynamic team for weekend shifts. In this role, you will operate MRI equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images, all while ensuring patient comfort and safety. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of MRI technology, excellent communication abilities, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding patient care. Key Responsibilities: •Perform MRI scans according to physician orders and established protocols. •Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety. •Operated and maintained MRI equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety standards. •Monitor patients during scans and communicate effectively with them to ensure cooperation and comfort. •Evaluate MRI images for quality and clarity, making adjustments as needed. •Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate interpretation of imaging results. •Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Education: •Associate or bachelor's degree in radiologic technology or a related field. Certification / Licenses: •ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in MRI. •State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist. Skills: •Strong knowledge of MRI equipment operation, safety protocols, and imaging techniques. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. •Commitment to providing compassionate patient care and ensuring patient comfort throughout procedures.
