Oakley, KS    MRI Technologist Competitive Pay / Full Time / Sign-On Bonus / Relocation Assistance MLR is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will use advanced MRI technology to generate detailed images that aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. MRI Technologist Qualifications: •Graduate from Accredited school of Radiologic Technology or MRI. •American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT(R)) registered. •Advanced certification in MRI one year after hire if not currently registered •Possess and maintain a current Radiographer State License MRI Technologist Job Summary: •The MRI technologist will be responsible for operating MRI equipment and creating scans per the physicians' directions, screening patients, explaining procedures, and inspecting and troubleshooting equipment. You should be able to collaborate with other healthcare professionals and train junior MRI technologists. MRI Technologist Responsibilities: •Review patient histories and screen for any contraindications such as pacemakers or metal implants. •Prepare and administer contrast agents when required for enhanced imaging. •Respond to patient concerns, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the MRI process. •Conduct regular inspections of MRI equipment, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed to ensure optimal performance. •Position patients accurately and perform MRI scans following physician instructions and imaging protocols.
