San Angelo, TX    MRI Technologist Opportunity MLR is excited to announce an opportunity for a full-time, permanent MRI Technologist to join our client’s dedicated healthcare team at a premier facility near San Angelo, Texas! Key Responsibilities for the MRI Technologist: •Conduct high-quality MRI scans on patients based on physician orders, ensuring accurate imaging for precise diagnoses. •Engage in a full-time, permanent, direct-hire role. •Operate and maintain MRI equipment, conducting routine quality checks and troubleshooting any issues that arise. •Prepare patients for MRI procedures by clearly explaining the process, positioning them properly, and ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the procedure. •Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to review and discuss imaging results effectively. •Maintain meticulous patient records and documentation in line with healthcare regulations. •Follow safety protocols and infection control practices to ensure a secure imaging environment. Qualifications for the MRI Technologist: •Completion of an accredited MRI Technologist program is required. •Current certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in MRI is mandatory. •Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an MRI Technologist in Texas is necessary. •Texas Medical Board - MRT licensure is also required.
