Gadsden, AL    Acute Care ICU RN – Intensive Care Unit – BSN We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team in Northern Alabama. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to critically ill patients facing life-threatening conditions. The ICU RN will be responsible for monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and execute individualized care plans. Pay:$64,976 - $88,752 Schedule: Night Shift Key Responsibilities: •Deliver comprehensive care to critically ill patients, including those requiring ventilators, life support, or complex monitoring •Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, including vital signs, neurological status, and responses to treatments •Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement tailored care plans •Serve as a patient advocate, addressing patient needs and concerns while ensuring compassionate, effective care Key Requirements: •Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required •Current RN license in the state of practice •Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required •1-2 years of acute care experience preferred, with prior ICU experience highly desirable This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to join a dedicated team providing critical care in a supportive and dynamic environment.
