Dallas, TX    Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist MLee Healthcare is seeking a skilled Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist to join our client's dedicated cardiovascular team. In this critical role, you will assist in performing diagnostic and interventional procedures within the cardiac catheterization lab, ensuring that patient care is delivered with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will be essential in supporting the cardiology team and maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and care. Key Responsibilities: •Assist in performing cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, stent placement, and other interventional procedures. •Prepare and maintain a sterile environment, ensuring all equipment and instruments are properly sanitized and ready for use. •Monitor and record vital signs during procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort. •Collaborate closely with cardiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth and successful procedures. •Adhere to strict infection control protocols and safety standards throughout all procedures. •Educate patients and their families on procedure details and post-procedure care. •Accurately document procedure details and patient outcomes. Qualifications: •Associate or Bachelor’s degree, science emphasis or commensurate healthcare experience required. •Licenses and/or Certifications required. •Current American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardio Life Support certification required. •RCIS certified within six months of date of hire required. •ARRT and TX RT(R) required in lieu of RCIS •Previous experience in a cardiac cath lab or similar cardiovascular setting required. •Strong understanding of cardiac procedures and equipment. •Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. •Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a sterile and safe environment.
