Schedule: Full Time, Evenings, 3:00PM to 11PM Overview: MLee Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time CT Scan Technologist to join an esteemed healthcare team in South Vermont. As a CT Scan Technologist, you will be responsible for performing routine radiographic examinations. Your role will be pivotal in contributing to the diagnostic process, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient care. Willing to train the right candidate for CT.* Key Responsibilities: •Perform CT scans and other specialized imaging procedures as prescribed by physicians and protocols. •Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process, providing clear instructions and addressing any concerns. •Position patients correctly and utilize appropriate radiation protection measures to minimize exposure. •Operate and maintain CT equipment, ensuring functionality and adherence to safety standards. •Evaluate CT images for quality, clarity, and accuracy, documenting findings and ensuring timely reporting. •Collaborate effectively with radiologists and healthcare team members to review images and assist in patient diagnosis. •Maintain accurate patient records and uphold confidentiality of sensitive information. •Adhere to regulatory standards, quality assurance protocols, and departmental policies. Qualifications: •High School diploma or equivalent required. •ARRT (R) board certification OR eligibility to sit for ARRT (CT) or board certification required. •Previous direct clinical radiology experience in a hospital environment is preferred. •ARRT (CT) registered within 2 years of employment required. •Valid Vermont State Office of Professional Regulation Radiography license required. •BLS Certification required within 90 days of hire.
