Brattleboro, VT    ARRT Radiologic Technologist Shift: Varied, Rotating Overview: MLee Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Radiologic Technologist to join a compassionate healthcare team in South Vermont. As a Radiologic Technologist, perform routine Radiographic examinations. Your expertise will contribute to accurate diagnosis and treatment planning, ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our patients. Responsibilities: •Perform diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-rays, CT scans, and fluoroscopy as ordered by physicians. •Prepare patients for procedures, explaining the process and ensuring their comfort and safety. •Position patients correctly and use radiation protection measures to minimize radiation exposure. •Operate and maintain radiologic equipment, ensuring functionality and safety standards. •Evaluate images for quality and clarity, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting of findings. •Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to review images and assist in patient diagnosis. •Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. •Adhere to regulatory standards, safety protocols, and departmental policies. Rad Tech Qualifications: •High School diploma or equivalent required •ARRT (R) board certification required OR completion of coursework from an accredited Radiology program establishing eligibility to sit for ARRT (R) board certification required •Prior hands-on clinical radiology experience in a hospital setting required •Valid Vermont State Office of Professional Regulation Radiography license required.
