Springfield, OH    ARDMS Cardiovascular Ultrasound TechnologistCompetitive Pay / Full Time Ultrasound Technologist Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Cardiovascular Ultrasound Technologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The successful candidate will perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures on patients to assess cardiovascular health, contributing to accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.Ultrasound Technologist Job Requirements •Registered by the ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers) as: •RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist), or •RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer) •Registered by CCI (Cardiovascular Credentialing International) as: •RCS (Registered Cardiac Sonographer), or •RVS (Registered Vascular Specialist) required •BLS (Basic Life Support) certification within 30 days of employment required •ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification within 6 months of employment preferred Ultrasound Technologist Key Responsibilities: •Perform non-invasive diagnostic ultrasound procedures on patients, including echocardiograms, stress tests, and other cardiovascular imaging exams. •Assist cardiologists and other healthcare providers in interpreting ultrasound results to diagnose conditions like heart disease, valve disorders, and blood flow abnormalities. •Ensure high-quality images are captured by adjusting equipment settings based on patient size and condition. •Prepare and educate patients before procedures, ensuring comfort and understanding of the process.
