Roosevelt, UT    Medical Technologist Our laboratory plays a key role in the community, delivering critical insights for effective treatment plans. As a MT or MLT, you'll ensure accurate diagnostic results that directly impact patient outcomes. Your expertise will support our team in delivering personalized care. Key Responsibilities: •Perform laboratory tests to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. •Ensure the accuracy and precision of lab results through meticulous testing and quality control procedures. •Interpret test results and report findings to healthcare providers. •Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment. •Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment. •Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide exceptional patient care. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field. •Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT), or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) through ASCP or equivalent. •Previous experience in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred but not required. •Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
