Oxnard, CA    ICU Registered Nurse Sign-On Bonus available ***Details regarding the sign-on bonus are available upon inquiry. We seek a dedicated and skilled Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse to join our client's dynamic team. As an integral part of our healthcare team, the ICU RN will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to critically ill patients, ensuring the highest patient outcomes in our intensive care unit. Responsibilities: •Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients admitted to the ICU. •Monitor and assess patients' conditions, noting any changes or deterioration in health. •Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. •Operate and monitor medical equipment, such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and cardiac monitors. •Collaborate with the healthcare team, including physicians, respiratory therapists, and social workers, to develop and implement individualized care plans. •Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care. •Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. •Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols at all times. •Participate in continuous education and training, a vital aspect of our commitment to enhancing nursing skills and knowledge, and a testament to our support for your professional growth.
