Sioux Falls, SD    Occupational Therapist – OT Sign-on Bonus | Relocation Assistance | Full-Time We are looking for a motivated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while acting as a valuable resource within the therapy department. Description: Occupational Therapy (OT) uses everyday activities, or "occupations," to help individuals overcome physical, mental, developmental, and emotional challenges that impact their ability to perform daily tasks. Key responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist include, but are not limited to: •Evaluating patient conditions and determining their needs. •Developing personalized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals. •Assessing home and work environments and suggesting modifications to promote independence. •Training patients and caregivers to use specialized equipment. •Documenting patient progress for evaluation, billing, and reporting. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy or a related field. •Current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist. •CPR certification. •Preferably one year of experience in home health, acute care, or inpatient/outpatient settings. •Excellent organizational and time management skills.
