In this role, you will provide exceptional support and serve as a vital resource within our therapy department. Role Overview: •Therapeutic Activities: Create and implement personalized activities designed to enhance motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living tasks. •Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Partner with doctors, nurses, and other providers to ensure comprehensive patient care. •Support Mental Health: Address the psychological aspects of recovery by integrating strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and depression. •Advocate for Patients: Guide patients in navigating resources and support systems that enhance their quality of life. •Educate on Ergonomics: Provide insights on proper body mechanics and ergonomic practices to prevent injuries at home and in the workplace.
