Oroville, CA    Emergency Room Registered Nurse We have been enlisted by one of our regional clients to recruit Emergency Department Nurses for their expanding team. We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Department Nurse to join our team at a hospital near Chico. In this role, you will deliver outstanding care to patients experiencing medical and traumatic emergencies, collaborate effectively with a team of healthcare professionals, and ensure that patients receive the highest standard of care. Summary •Perform initial assessments, triage, and treatment of patients with medical and traumatic emergencies •Administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, and provide patient education •Collaborate with physicians, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans and ensure optimal patient outcomes •Utilize critical thinking and decision-making skills to assess patient needs and adjust care plans as necessary •Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment Requirements •Current RN license in the state of California •Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency department or critical care setting •CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications required •TNCC certification preferred, but not required •Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills •Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize patient care needs Apply today to explore this wonderful opportunity!
