Round Rock, TX    Nurse Practitioner (NP) We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our healthcare team. The NP will provide comprehensive patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care, in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical setting, making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes. Pay: $105,780 - $142,089 Schedule: Days or Nights Key Responsibilities: •Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history-taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations. •Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs. •Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic procedures. •Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations. •Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. •Perform minor medical procedures as needed. •Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations. •Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay updated on best practices in patient care. Qualifications: •Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license •Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. •Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., Family Medicine, Acute Care, Adult-Gerontology, Pediatrics, etc.) •Prior clinical experience as an NP or in a relevant healthcare setting is preferred. •Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently. •BLS/ACLS Certification Benefits: •Competitive salary based on experience. •Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance. •401(k) with employer matching. •Paid time off (PTO) and continuing education (CME) allowance. •Malpractice coverage. •Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.
