Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our esteemed team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the highest standards of care by performing vital diagnostic tests using cutting-edge technology within a state-of-the-art laboratory environment. Key Responsibilities: •Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to assist in the accurate diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases. •Operate advanced laboratory equipment and technology to ensure precise test results. •Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care. •Stay current with advancements in laboratory techniques and best practices. •Maintain adherence to established protocols, quality control, and safety standards. Qualifications: •Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences, Medical Technology, or a related field. •Certification: MT (ASCP), MLS (ASCP) CM, or MT, AMT certification. •Experience: Ability to perform laboratory duties with precision in a fast-paced environment. •Skills: Strong communication and teamwork abilities. •Availability: Flexibility to work evening shifts (2:00 PM - 11:30 PM), 40 hours per week, including rotating weekends and holidays.
