Responsibilities: •Provide expert nursing care to critically ill neonates in our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. •Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. •Monitor and interpret vital signs, administer medications, and utilize advanced medical equipment to ensure optimal patient outcomes. •Educate and support families throughout their NICU journey, offering guidance and reassurance during challenging times. •Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care. Qualifications: •Valid California RN license and BLS/CPR certification. •Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a Level III NICU setting. •Strong clinical skills and proficiency in neonatal assessment and intervention. •Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize patient needs in a fast-paced environment. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate bedside manner.
