Position Overview: •Job Type: Full-Time •Shifts: Evening and Night shifts available (with flexibility) •Location: Indiana (specific location provided upon inquiry) •Compensation: Competitive salary, based on experience and qualifications Key Responsibilities: •Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures in chemistry, hematology, microbiology, blood bank, and other key disciplines. •Analyze and interpret test results to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. •Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability. •Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver accurate, timely test results. •Follow established protocols for quality control, safety, and regulatory compliance. •Contribute to team training, quality improvement initiatives, and continuous learning. Qualifications: •Education: Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or related field. •Certification: MT (ASCP) or MLS (ASCP) certification required. •Experience with laboratory information systems (LIS) is a plus. •Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. •Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
