As a Medical Technologist, you will play a crucial role in our diagnostic laboratory, ensuring accurate and timely testing and analysis of patient samples. Your expertise will contribute to accurate diagnoses, treatment plans, and patient care. This position offers a unique opportunity to utilize your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment, making a real difference in the lives of our patients. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree for clinical lab – MT/CLS preferred, MLT with equivalent training, and strong experience also considered. •Hospital Laboratory experience preferred but not required. •Certified ASCP Certification •At least one year of recent Blood Bank experience required. •A commitment to patient care, accuracy, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. Responsibilities: •Perform various laboratory tests, such as hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology, following established procedures and protocols. •Analyze and interpret test results, ensuring accuracy and quality control. •Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventive maintenance. •Collaborate with healthcare professionals, providing expertise and insights to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment. •Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized laboratory workspace. •Stay updated with the latest advancements in medical technology and contribute to process improvements.
